QS 2025 Business Master's Rankings

On September 25, 2024, QS released the 2025 Global Business Master's Rankings (QS Business Master’s Rankings 2025: Business Analytics). The Master of Science in Data Science program of the School of Data Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen has ranked first in China for three consecutive years, maintaining its third place in Asia and 36th globally. Notably, in the "Employability" sub-index, the Master of Science in Data Science program achieved the top position in Asia.

Compared to 2024, the QS rankings reached a new high in terms of both the number of countries/regions covered and the number of business Masters programmes participating in the rankings, reaching 31 countries/regions and 871 business Masters programmes respectively, an increase of 14.5% in the number of business Masters programmes participating in the rankings.

The Master of Science in Data Science program is still competitive in the increasingly fierce competition. In a challenging job market in recent years, individual "employability" indicators remain among the best in the world. The employment rate of the class of 2023 graduates is still 100%, and the average and median annual salary are 355,000 yuan. Among them, the average annual salary increased by 3.8% compared with the class of 2022, and the salary level increased steadily. In addition, the individual "thought leadership", "alumni outcomes" and "class and faculty diversity" indicators have steadily improved, and the impact of the program is gradually increasing.
