个人简介

徐慰中于1987年在威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校获得计算机科学博士学位。在加入香港中文大学(深圳)SDS之前,他曾在美国英特尔公司工作。2021年至2022年,他曾担任晶心科技顾问。 2013年至2021年,他在台湾大学计算机科学与信息工程系担任教授。 2009年至2013年在中国台湾交通大学担任教授、主任。1999年至2009年,他是美国明尼苏达大学双城分校计算机科学与工程系教授。1997 年至1999 年,他在美国惠普公司(HP)加州语言实验室担任动态优化架构师。1993 年至1997 年间,他担任编译器团队的技术主管,该团队为 HP PA-8000 系统开发并发布了优化编译器。 在加入 HP 之前,他是位于威斯康星州 Chippewa Falls 的 Cray Research 的高级架构师。
